OVERVIEW

IPonWEB is a well established, and still rapidly growing company based in the UK, Russia, and Belarus. We are hiring in our offices in Moscow, Grodno, and Minsk. We've been successfully operating since 2002 and we owe this success to the outstanding quality of our developers. We work under Unix (Linux)/Windows and develop in many languages, including C++, Perl, PHP, Javascript and C#. You can find a few words about our current projects in the projects section.

We are a team. Everything is a collective effort and it is very unlikely that you'll be left alone with your project for more than a few days. Others will help you and, once you get a grip with some area of our activity, your help will be needed whenever this area touches somebody else's work.

Your performance matters. Because everybody interacts very closely, it becomes very clear very quickly (even to managers, who, as a matter of fact do their bit of coding as well) what your real abilities are. We will make sure that they are exercised in full, and adjust the salary accordingly.
